These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed on the mos-etriers.com website, operated by SARL SUTEC. They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered on the site. Any order implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

- Products and services
MOS Étriers sells riding stirrups and accessories (stirrup covers, safety kits, stud kits). Some stirrups can be customized on request (name engraving, choice of size and color).
The products are described and presented as accurately as possible on the site. However, there may be slight variations in color representation depending on the user’s screen.
- Prices and payment terms
- The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
- MOS Étriers accepts payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
- Payment in instalments is not available.

- Chronopost Relais Pickup (France only)
Delivery zones
MOS Étriers delivers in France and abroad.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary according to destination and chosen carrier. Indicative delivery times are given when the order is placed. MOS Étriers cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by carriers.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated automatically according to package weight and destination.
Product availability
Items are dispatched from stock. If a product is exceptionally unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible.
- Right of withdrawal and returns
Cooling-off period
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal.
Return conditions
- Products must be unused, in their original condition and with their packaging intact.
- Personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund
Once the product has been returned and inspected, a refund will be made within 14 days via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of an error by MOS Étriers.
- Warranties and liability
The products sold benefit from the legal guarantees in force:
- Legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code)
- Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code)

- Disputes and applicable law
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a matter of priority. Failing agreement, any dispute will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
MOS Étriers is a member of a consumer mediation scheme that enables disputes to be resolved amicably before any legal action is taken.
- Modifications to the General Terms and Conditions
MOS Stirrups reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time of the order.
